Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use
E-Cigarettes and associated products, E-Liquids, All Atomisers, Nicotine Base that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items MUST be returned to us at the address given at the time of reporting the issue to us which we will notify you of via email, phone or other forms of contact: 


Safe return of the items to us are the sole responsibility of you (the customer), and as such you (the customer) must take appropriate measures to ensure the items are received here (at VLYP) in the condition they were sent. VLYP accepts no responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged on their return to us. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Items Return & Faulty Items Return

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If items are not returned within this time, we will not be able to accept them back. Our return policy is Return To Base (RTB). This means the faulty items will need to be returned back to us before we can ship out the replacement(s) or issue a partial or full refund.

Please ensure that you include with the item the Original Packaging for the product(s) and Order Number and any relevant information you think we should know about regarding the product and why you are returning it.


Returning Tanks/Pods

We will accept the return of a tank if it is still in its original packaging with all the parts and completely UNUSED. For hygiene reasons, we CANNOT accept a tank that has been used. Please make sure you are buying the correct product, and if it is not then please be aware we will not accept returns on used tank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your Bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If an item has been used more than once and is returned to us as faulty, we will fully test the item. If it is deemed to be faulty and cannot be repaired, we will offer an exchange on a like for like basis. If this cannot be done in exceptional circumstances we will offer a refund for the unit if purchase was made within 30 days of the fault being registered. If the item is deemed not to be faulty, we will return the item to you the customer and will not offer an exchange or refund.


You (The Customer) is wholly responsible for ensuring that any parcel returned to us is delivered to us. We are not responsible for any parcels that may go missing on route to us. Once a parcel has arrived safely and intact at our premises we will decide depending on circumstance whether or not a refund is applicable for your postage.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
